We had a delicate technological situation as it was (5-year-old iBook with dead battery), but it got a little worse at the Grand Canyon's upscale camp store. Who knew external hard drives were soooo fragile? One bump off a 3 ft. table, and the whole thing is scrambled. We're sending the squirt to Jeremy to work some utilities magic — cross your fingers. We lost photos up to the 2nd day at the G.C. and my music for now, but we'll pick it up from there with our new "cruzer" flash drive. Note from Jeremy: flash drives don't like to be dropped either. — Claire
